How can I get assurance about your drop shipping business?

We have been in the drop shipping business for the past 19 years. Our services are completely direct, with no middlemen involved — we purchase products directly from manufacturers and handle the drop shipping ourselves. We hold all the necessary and valid licenses, including a wholesale license, import-export license, sales tax license, and pharmacy license.

How fast Drop Ship orders are Dispatch?

All drop ship orders are dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after we receive them. Delivery times are as follows: 4 to 14 days via EMS and 7 to 21 days via Regular Air Mail. Please note, if a customer has insufficient balance, the order will not be processed or delivered until full payment is received.

Do you Send Invoice to Customer?

No we do not include any invoice or order details with the shipment sent to the customer.

Do you interact with our customer?

No, we do not Interact with your customer. All Medications are packed discreetly and safely.

How do I pay you for Drop Shipment?

For drop shipment services, we accept payments via bank wire transfer and cryptocurrencies. Once the payment is received, your account will be activated and order processing will begin. Please note that drop ship products will only be dispatched if your account has sufficient balance.

Do you require upfront payment to start dispatching Drop Ship orders?

Yes, we require an upfront payment to activate your account and initiate shipments. Orders will not be dispatched unless sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of shipping.

Is there any Minimum Amount required?

MedicoDropship exclusively works with customers placing high-volume orders. This approach allows us to reduce overall costs, and we pass these savings directly on to you. A minimum deposit of US$500.00 is required to begin using our services.

What Customer Details you required to start processing our Drop Ship orders?

To initiate your drop ship order, we require the following details: Order ID, recipient’s full name, postal address, city with zip code, country, medicine name, strength, quantity, and preferred shipping method (EMS or Regular Air Mail). All order details must be submitted in an Excel sheet. Please contact our support team to request a sample order sheet.

What Quality of Products you use?

We uphold the highest standards of quality for all drop shipment products. All manufacturers are audited in compliance with WHO standards and hold ISO 9001 certifications. For generic products, we ensure that a Certificate of Analysis for each batch is provided before delivery. We do not compromise on quality, as our priority is building long-term relationships with repeat customers, not just one-time sales.

Do you ship any other Products other than listed on your website?
