Indications and Uses
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED):
Tadacip 20 is primarily prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction in men by increasing blood flow to the penis, enabling a firm and sustained erection during sexual stimulation. - Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (Off-label Use):
Tadalafil is also used to manage pulmonary hypertension by relaxing blood vessels in the lungs, improving exercise capacity. 
Dosage and Administration
- Recommended Dose:
One tablet (20 mg) taken orally with water, ideally 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. - Administration:
Can be taken with or without food. Should not be used more than once per day. - Note:
Sexual stimulation is required for the medication to be effective. 
Precautions and Warnings
- Medical Conditions:
Not recommended for individuals with:- Severe cardiovascular disorders
 - Recent stroke or myocardial infarction
 - Uncontrolled blood pressure
 - Severe hepatic or renal impairment
 
 - Drug Interactions:
Avoid concurrent use with:- Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin)
 - Alpha-blockers
 - Other PDE-5 inhibitors
 
 - Alcohol:
Limit alcohol intake to reduce the risk of hypotension, dizziness, and impaired judgment. - Driving and Machinery:
May cause dizziness or blurred vision; use caution when operating heavy machinery. 
Possible Side Effects

Less Common but Serious:
- Sudden vision or hearing loss
 - Prolonged or painful erection (priapism)
 - Severe allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)

Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to Tadalafil or any inactive ingredients in Tadacip
 - Concurrent use of nitrate medications
 - Patients advised against sexual activity due to cardiovascular risk
